The institute will confirm and specialize in imparting job oriented training in cement technology, specifically for the rural youth and conduct refresher courses to working staff on topics related to cement industry.

Methodology

• To train the ward in theoretical and practical aspects and focus on segmented job oriented training  in cement technology
• To conduct refreshing courses on specific topics related to cement technology for the benefit of cement industry personnel working under any management specifically to enhance their core competencies in the given filed
• To conduct in-house training programs for existing staff
• To conduct seminars / workshops to update the cement family with the latest technology
