APCL declares dividends for the F.Y 2006-2007
We wish to inform you that the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held on 28.9.2007, the
members have declared dividend at the rate of
Rs.1/- per equity share on face value of Rs.10/-
per share on the equity share capital of the
company for the year ended on 31st March, 2007 as
recommended by the Board of Directors. |
